The CPB-FLP is a 501 © (3) nonprofit corporation. Your monetary donations to CPB-FLP are fully tax deductible. We operate with a part-time Executive Director and a part-time Legal Director and rely on individual contributions, grants, and fundraising events to raise our annual budget. General donations to CPB-FLP pay for operating costs and litigation.
