Direct Legal Services
Legal services include the following:
- Meet with the staff of the Civil Pro Bono Family Law Project to discuss the case.
- Review file.
- Plan the preparation of the case.
- Meet with the CPB-FLP staff and interns regularly either in person, by phone or by e-mail to discuss progress.
- Provide assistance to law interns.
- Work with law interns to prepare motions.
- Supervise the law interns in preparing the case for hearing.
- Represent client at hearing.
